About the role

The Consortium Coordinator (Strategy & Performance) will lead the coordination of consortium activities across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and monitoring performance outcomes. This position is based in Bangladesh, covering Dhaka, Khulna, and Rangpur, and operates from an office environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate consortium partners and stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain performance measurement frameworks.
• Monitor progress against strategic goals and report findings.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among consortium members.
• Support the preparation of strategic documents and performance reports.

Required profile

• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in coordination, strategy development, or performance management.
• Proven ability to work with multiple teams across different locations.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
