Customer Service & Documentation Executive

About the role

Iport Logistics Ltd. is seeking a Customer Service & Documentation Executive (or Senior Executive) to join its team in Shantinagar. The role involves handling customer inquiries, managing documentation related to shipments, and supporting operational efficiency. This is a full‑time position with opportunities to work across the logistics and transport functions.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner.
• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate documentation for shipments, orders, and related processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth delivery.
• Update customer records and documentation systems with current information.
• Assist in reporting and analysis of service performance metrics.

Required profile

• 2 to 4 years of experience in customer service, documentation, or related roles.
• Experience in logistics, transport, or supply‑chain environments is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
