Deputy Manager / Manager – Environment, ETP & WTP

About the role

The Deputy Manager / Manager – Environment, ETP & WTP will lead the design, operation and optimisation of effluent treatment plants (ETP) and water treatment processes at Naheed Fine Tex Ltd. based in Habiganj. The role combines technical oversight of biological and chemical treatment systems with project ownership responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and optimise biological ETP operations.
• Oversee chemical engineering aspects of treatment processes.
• Manage communication ETP systems and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead water treatment process projects from design to commissioning.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to implement environmental standards.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare technical reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in ETP, water treatment or related chemical engineering roles.
• Proven track record of managing treatment plant projects.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and best practices.
