Executive – IND Back Office

About the role

The Executive – IND Back Office will coordinate inspection, testing, calibration and assessment projects from confirmation to completion, ensuring client requirements are met on time.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule inspectors, equipment and subcontractors based on project scope and resource availability.
• Act as primary liaison between clients, business development, inspectors, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Review purchase orders, proposals and contracts to confirm scope, commercial terms and feasibility.
• Prepare and manage inspection schedules, deployment plans and project documentation.
• Monitor project progress, resolve scheduling conflicts and address operational challenges.
• Coordinate regulatory and compliance documentation, including permits and client approvals.
• Support billing and revenue processes by providing job completion records and invoicing requirements.

Required profile

• Graduate in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics or Computer Science engineering from a reputable university.
• Minimum 2–3 years of field experience in back‑office activities of a TIC company.
