About the role

We are seeking an Executive, Maintenance Engineering to join our team at JMI Syringes & Medical Devices Ltd. in Chauddagram. This full‑time, office‑based position supports the maintenance of equipment used in the production of syringes and other medical devices, offering the chance to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

Plan and schedule preventive maintenance activities for production equipment.
Supervise maintenance technicians and coordinate corrective actions.
Monitor equipment performance, record downtime, and ensure reliability.
Maintain documentation, maintenance records, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes.

Required profile

2 to 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering or a related field.
Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Power engineering.
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
Relevant technical education as listed in the requirements.
