Executive, Maintenance Engineering

About the role

We are seeking an Executive, Maintenance Engineering to join our team at JMI Syringes & Medical Devices Ltd. in Chauddagram. This full‑time, office‑based position supports the maintenance of equipment used in the production of syringes and other medical devices, offering the chance to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance activities for production equipment.
• Supervise maintenance technicians and coordinate corrective actions.
• Monitor equipment performance, record downtime, and ensure reliability.
• Maintain documentation, maintenance records, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes.

Required profile

• 2 to 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering or a related field.
• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Power engineering.
• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
• Relevant technical education as listed in the requirements.
