Executive - Procurement

About the role

The Executive – Procurement will lead the sourcing and purchasing activities for Transcom Foods Ltd., ensuring that all goods and services are obtained at the best cost, quality, and delivery schedule to support the company's operations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and negotiate contracts.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand material requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock.
• Track supplier performance and resolve any issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in procurement or purchasing.
• Understanding of procurement processes and supply chain fundamentals.
• Ability to work in an office environment and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
