Executive Telesales (CRM) – Entry Level

About the role

Beautyology is looking for enthusiastic Executive Telesales professionals to join its office team. This entry‑level position focuses on reaching out to potential customers, managing interactions through a CRM system, and supporting the company’s sales objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads.
• Record and update customer information accurately in the CRM platform.
• Assist customers with product inquiries and schedule appointments.
• Meet daily and monthly call targets set by the sales manager.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts.

Required profile

• 0 to 1 year of experience in telesales, call centre, or related field.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in an office environment and follow structured processes.
• Motivation to achieve sales targets and learn quickly.
