About the role

The Zia Heart Foundation Hospital & Research Institute is seeking a male Phlebotomist / Sample Collector to join its pathology department. The successful candidate will be responsible for obtaining blood and other clinical specimens from patients in a safe and professional manner.

Key responsibilities

• Collect blood, urine, and other specimens from patients according to standard procedures.
• Verify patient identity and ensure correct labeling of all samples.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of phlebotomy equipment.
• Transport collected specimens to the pathology laboratory promptly.
• Adhere to infection‑control and safety guidelines at all times.

Required profile

• Male candidate (as specified in the posting).
• Completed Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a hospital environment and interact courteously with patients.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of phlebotomy techniques and specimen handling.
• Attention to detail for accurate labeling and documentation.
