About the role

The Zia Heart Foundation Hospital & Research Institute in Dinajpur is looking for a male Shift Coordinator / Supervisor to manage shift operations on a full‑time basis. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that each hospital shift runs smoothly, supporting patient care and staff coordination.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee daily shift activities within the hospital, ensuring that all departments are adequately staffed.
Supervise staff during assigned shifts, monitor performance, and address any operational issues promptly.
Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements throughout each shift.
Prepare and deliver shift handover reports to guarantee continuity of care.
Collaborate with department heads to align shift schedules with patient care demands.

Required profile

Must hold a postgraduate degree or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
Male candidate, as specified in the posting.
