Full Stack Software Engineer

About the role

Gigalogy builds AI platforms that give businesses turnkey AI solutions and help them define an AI vision and strategy. It is expanding and is hiring a results-driven Full Stack Software Engineer for its Dhaka office. The role covers building and maintaining software end-to-end, from backend services and APIs to user-facing interfaces, with a focus on scalability, performance, security and user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Write reusable, testable and efficient code across backend and frontend.
• Build backend services in Python with FastAPI or Flask, and responsive interfaces with Vue or React.
• Design REST APIs and manage data exchange between server and client.
• Create and maintain database schemas and implement secure authentication and authorization (OAuth 2.0, JWT).
• Manage application state, sessions and cookies, and contribute to multi-process, asynchronous and microservice architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, maintainable software.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of professional software development experience covering both backend and frontend.
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• Nice to have: cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), CI/CD with GitHub Actions, Gen AI (RAG, vector databases), Celery/Redis, testing frameworks (pytest, Jest, React Testing Library), and design systems.

Required skills

• Python and a web framework such as FastAPI or Flask.
• JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks (Vue, React).
• Docker, Git, REST APIs, OAuth 2.0 and JWT.
• Frontend fundamentals: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and translating UI/UX designs into production code.

What we offer

• Salary of 70,000 to 120,000 BDT per month, depending on experience and assessment.
