Atomic AI Pty Ltd helps Australian businesses use practical AI, automation and better systems to make everyday work simpler and more efficient.
We are looking for curious, reliable graduates and entry-level candidates based in Bangladesh who enjoy learning and solving problems. You do not need coding knowledge, but you should be comfortable with technology and willing to learn how to use AI effectively.
We have two offshore vacancies across our current recruitment campaign.
Role details
- Location: Remote — Bangladesh
- Employment: Full-time
- Salary: BDT 20,000–25,000 per month, negotiable
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm Sydney time, following Sydney's daylight-saving changes
- Start: Immediate
- Training: Paid training provided

What you will do
- Research AI tools and explore how they can help with business tasks.
- Use AI to complete research, written work and other assigned projects.
- Write and refine prompts, test results and check outputs for accuracy.
- Learn new software, follow practical workflows and apply feedback.
- Document your work and communicate progress clearly.
- Help with other business and administrative tasks as priorities develop.
What we are looking for
- Clear written and spoken English: understand instructions, explain your work and provide concise progress updates.
- Basic confidence with email, online research, documents and spreadsheets, including accurate data entry and organising files.
- Willingness to learn unfamiliar tools, follow guidance and apply feedback.
- Good judgement when using AI: check important facts against reliable sources, spot unclear or inaccurate results and improve the output.
- Practical problem-solving: break tasks into steps, try sensible solutions and ask focused questions when help is needed.
- Attention to detail: check names, numbers, links and formatting before submitting work.
- Reliability and ownership: meet agreed deadlines, follow through on tasks and flag problems early.
- Availability to work Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm Sydney time. Your local working hours will change when Sydney enters or leaves daylight saving time.
Recent graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Coding knowledge is not required.
