IE & Planning Manager (Knit & Woven)

About the role

The IE & Planning Manager will lead industrial engineering and production planning activities for the knit and woven divisions. This position ensures efficient manufacturing processes, optimal resource utilization, and on‑time delivery of products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules for knit and woven lines.
• Analyze workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate with shop floor teams to align engineering standards with production goals.
• Monitor key performance indicators and report on productivity, quality, and cost metrics.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Textile Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering or production planning, preferably in textile manufacturing.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
