About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic interns to support our Implementation and Customer Success team in Dhaka. This role offers a hands‑on opportunity to learn how we onboard new clients and ensure they achieve value from our solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation process for new customers, including data setup and configuration.
- Support the Customer Success team in monitoring client usage and addressing basic queries.
- Participate in training sessions and help prepare documentation for client onboarding.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather feedback and improve service delivery.
Required profile
- Fresh graduates or final‑year students in Business Administration, Science, Computer Science/Software Engineering/ICT, or Commerce (Accounting/Finance).
- Strong interest in technology‑driven customer service and implementation processes.
