About the role
The Industrial Engineering Manager will lead the engineering team in optimizing manufacturing processes. This full‑time, office‑based position requires deep expertise in productivity analysis and improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee SMV/SAM studies to establish standard times.
- Conduct line balancing and capacity planning for efficient workflow.
- Perform time studies and implement productivity improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure engineering solutions meet operational goals.
Required profile
- 8 to 12 years of experience in industrial engineering.
- Proven track record in SMV/SAM, line balancing, capacity planning, time study, and productivity improvement.
- Strong practical knowledge of manufacturing processes.
