Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement district‑level development strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Monitor project progress, ensure compliance with regulations, and report performance metrics.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth execution of development programs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead change‑management efforts.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in development, project management, or a similar field.
• Proven leadership abilities and experience managing multi‑district operations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Bengali and English.
