Maintenance Manager

About the role

The Maintenance Manager will lead the maintenance team at Padma Satel Arab Fashions Ltd., ensuring optimal performance of all garment‑making machinery in our woven denim factory. The role focuses on both preventive and corrective maintenance to minimise downtime and support production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and supervise preventive maintenance programmes for all electrical, electronic and mechanical equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve breakdowns quickly, applying strong troubleshooting techniques.
• Lead a team of technicians, providing training, guidance and performance feedback.
• Coordinate with production, quality and engineering departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, spare‑part inventories and compliance with safety standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 8‑10 years of experience in garment‑machinery maintenance, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
• Proven ability to lead teams and communicate effectively across functions.
