Merchandiser

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co is looking for a Merchandiser to manage the end‑to‑end flow of products, from development through shipment, ensuring alignment with seasonal calendars and customer needs. The role supports the brand’s sourcing strategy and contributes to delivering high‑quality denim and apparel.

Key responsibilities

• Source, develop and track all products from development to shipment according to seasonal calendars.
• Develop short‑ and long‑term sourcing strategies for specific customer groups.
• Ensure contractors understand and comply with Levi’s standards and can meet sourcing requirements.
• Provide strong customer service through quick response, problem solving and market intelligence.
• Deliver product samples and bulk shipments that meet Levi’s aesthetic and physical specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a UGC‑approved university.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain or related industry.
• Experience with denim products is a plus.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Team player with strong organization, coordination and time‑management skills.
• Flexible, able to multitask and communicate efficiently.
