Program Associate – Healthcare Implementation

About the role

Noora Health is expanding its Care Companion Program across Bangladesh. The Program Associate will support the end‑to‑end delivery of this health‑education initiative in partner hospitals, ensuring smooth implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Care Companion Program at assigned public and private hospitals (approximately 60% of time).
• Coordinate with Program Managers and Lead Trainers during on‑site implementation phases and provide off‑site support.
• Monitor quantitative output data and address operational challenges in collaboration with the program manager (20%).
• Conduct monthly qualitative class‑quality audits across a random sample of partner hospitals.
• Assist Master Trainers in delivering Training‑of‑Trainers modules and arrange booster training sessions as needed (10%).
• Partner with in‑house designers and content creators to test experimental program designs and gather feedback for iterative improvements (10%).

Required profile

• Strong client‑management and people‑management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to hospital sites for on‑site activities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla.
