Program Associate

About the role

CARE Bangladesh is seeking a motivated Program Associate to support its development initiatives in Bangladesh. The role involves assisting program teams in planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting activities to ensure effective delivery of project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design and implementation of program activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Collect, analyse, and report program data to support monitoring and evaluation processes.
• Coordinate with partners, beneficiaries, and internal teams to facilitate smooth program operations.
• Prepare documentation, briefing notes, and presentations for stakeholders and donors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, English, Communications, Public Administration, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
