Project Coordinator – Green Project

About the role

The Project Coordinator will lead the implementation of green initiatives in Bagerhat, ensuring that project activities align with environmental and agricultural objectives. This contract position requires strong coordination skills and a solid background in agriculture or related fields.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and monitor project tasks to meet timelines and objectives.
• Coordinate with local partners, NGOs and government agencies to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track project progress, prepare status reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation, budgets and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with environmental standards and agricultural best practices.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in project coordination or related roles.
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture, Agricultural Economics, Rural Development, Agribusiness Management or Agricultural Science.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
