About the role
The Project Officer (CWC Officer) will support protection activities within the HCMP programme, working from the office in Teknaf. This is a contract position focused on coordinating community‑based protection initiatives and ensuring effective implementation of project plans.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor protection activities under the HCMP framework.
- Collect, verify and report data on protection outcomes.
- Liaise with local partners, beneficiaries and stakeholders to ensure programme alignment.
- Prepare regular progress reports and documentation for internal and external audiences.
- Support the planning and execution of community‑wide protection interventions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a UGC‑approved reputable institute.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
