About the role
The Proposal Specialist will work on national and international IT projects, preparing proposals for government bodies, UN agencies and development partners. The role offers career growth in business development and proposal management with exposure to cutting‑edge technologies and AI tools.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and write comprehensive proposals for IT solutions targeting government, UN agencies and development partners.
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to gather required information and ensure proposal accuracy.
- Manage proposal timelines, ensure compliance with RFP requirements and maintain proposal documentation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align proposals with strategic objectives and client needs.
Required profile
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in proposal development, business development or related IT roles.
- Strong written communication skills and ability to work with international and governmental clients.
