About the role
We are seeking an experienced RMG Finishing Manager to lead our finishing operations at a reputable knit garments company in Chattogram. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality finished garments, ensuring productivity, and meeting on‑time shipment targets while maintaining strict compliance standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise end‑to‑end RMG finishing processes, from cutting to final packing.
- Maintain product quality and productivity levels in line with buyer specifications.
- Ensure on‑time shipment of finished goods.
- Manage and develop the finishing team, providing guidance and performance monitoring.
- Implement and monitor C‑TPAT compliance to secure the supply chain.
- Coordinate with production, quality control, and logistics to streamline operations.
Required profile
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in garment finishing or related manufacturing operations.
- Proven leadership and team‑management capabilities.
