Senior Architect – Real Estate Projects

About the role

Florentia Real Estates Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Senior Architect to lead the design and execution of its real‑estate projects in Uttara. The role involves delivering high‑quality architectural solutions while ensuring full compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee architectural designs from concept to construction documents.
• Prepare, sign, and certify drawings for submission to RAJUK and other authorities.
• Obtain statutory approvals and manage the approval process with regulatory bodies.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design integrity and project timelines.
• Mentor junior architects and review their work for technical accuracy.

Required profile

• B.Arch or M.Arch (or equivalent) from a recognized university.
• Registered Architect and active member of the Institute of Architects Bangladesh (IAB).
• 10‑15 years of professional experience in architectural design and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to sign and certify architectural drawings for submission to RAJUK.

What we offer
