About the role
Safwan Bashundhara Global is seeking a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to lead transport maintenance activities. The position is based in Dhaka/Narayanganj and reports to senior management.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate maintenance of transport assets.
- Ensure maintenance schedules are adhered to and equipment reliability is maintained.
- Monitor compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to resolve technical issues.
- Develop maintenance procedures and standards.
- Track performance metrics for transport equipment.
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians.
Required profile
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in transport or maintenance management.
- Diploma in Power Engineering or Automobile Engineering; a B.Sc. in a related field is preferred.
