Senior Executive – Audit & Partner Lifecycle Management

About the role

The Senior Executive – Audit & Partner Lifecycle Management will lead field audits across Nagad's distribution network, ensuring compliance with operational policies and Bangladesh Bank MFS guidelines. This role focuses on identifying irregularities, preparing detailed audit reports, and recommending corrective actions to strengthen partner relationships and operational integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive field audits of the distribution network.
• Verify adherence to internal operational policies and Bangladesh Bank MFS regulations.
• Identify non‑compliance issues and operational irregularities.
• Prepare audit reports with clear findings and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with partners and internal teams to implement corrective measures.
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented actions and follow up on outstanding issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration; MBA or Master’s degree is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of experience in audit, compliance, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of financial services regulations, particularly Bangladesh Bank MFS guidelines.
• Excellent analytical and report‑writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple audit assignments.
