About the role

The Senior Executive – Service will lead the denting and painting section for commercial vehicles, ensuring high‑quality repairs and timely delivery. This position reports to senior management and works closely with workshop staff.

Key responsibilities

Oversee denting and painting operations, guaranteeing proper surface preparation and finish quality.
Supervise and schedule manpower, manage daily workflow, and allocate resources efficiently.
Maintain and enforce quality standards throughout the repair process.
Coordinate with logistics to ensure vehicles are delivered on schedule.
Monitor equipment condition and arrange maintenance as needed.

Required profile

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering.
3 to 7 years of experience in automotive body repair or a related field.
Proven ability to lead a team and manage workshop operations.
