Senior Textile Planner (Manager)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Textile Planner to lead the planning function within our knit‑composite manufacturing facility in Chattogram. The role focuses on coordinating fabric delivery and board planning to ensure smooth production flow. The successful candidate will work closely with cross‑functional teams to optimise material flow and meet delivery commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules for knit textile orders.
• Plan and monitor fabric delivery timelines, ensuring materials arrive on schedule.
• Coordinate board planning activities, aligning resources with production targets.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Prepare regular planning reports for senior management.
• Analyze performance data and implement improvements to increase planning efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in planning processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Textile Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in textile planning, fabric delivery, or board planning.
• Proven ability to manage complex production schedules in a manufacturing environment.
