About the role
MBioLogix is looking for a hands‑on Service Engineer to join its after‑sales technical service team in Dhaka. The role focuses on supporting scientific and biomedical hardware, ensuring reliable performance for customers.
Key responsibilities
- Install, commission, and maintain scientific equipment at customer sites.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
- Provide technical support and training to end‑users.
- Document service activities and generate detailed reports.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve product reliability.
Required profile
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) or Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Applied Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or Biomedical Engineering.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in service or field engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
