Store & Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Store & Warehouse Supervisor will lead all store and warehouse activities, ensuring that goods are received, stored, issued, and dispatched safely and efficiently. This full‑time position reports to senior management and plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy and operational flow.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store and warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock reconciliations.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of warehouse staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Monitor and optimize space utilization and material handling processes.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in store or warehouse management.
• Proven supervisory experience with the ability to lead a team.
• Strong understanding of inventory control and logistics processes.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
