About the role
AF Apparels is seeking a dedicated Swing Supervisor to lead the swing‑shift operations at its Mirpur facility. The role involves overseeing production activities, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a safe work environment during the evening and night shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the swing‑shift team to meet daily production targets.
- Monitor workflow, equipment usage, and material availability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations.
- Report production performance and any issues to senior management.
- Facilitate training and development of shift staff.
Required profile
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within apparel or manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in an office‑based, onsite environment.
