About the role
We are looking for Traffic Controllers to join our team at MBE Consortium in Dhaka. The role involves monitoring and directing vehicle movements to ensure smooth and safe operations within the organization’s premises.
Key responsibilities
- Observe and manage incoming and outgoing traffic in designated areas.
- Coordinate with drivers and staff to schedule movements and avoid congestion.
- Maintain accurate logs of traffic flow and incidents.
- Report any safety concerns or irregularities to supervisors promptly.
- Assist in implementing traffic safety procedures and signage.
Required profile
- Minimum education: 8th grade pass (8 Pass).
- No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Ability to work in an office environment and follow instructions.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.

- Monthly salary of Tk 12,000 – 13,000.
