About the role

We are seeking a Visa Executive to join our aviation services team in Dhaka. The role involves managing visa applications for our clients, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations, and providing high‑quality support in an office environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process and review visa applications and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of all visa transactions.
• Coordinate with airlines, travel agents, and government authorities to facilitate timely visa issuance.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide guidance on visa requirements.
• Monitor changes in immigration policies and update internal procedures accordingly.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in visa processing or a related administrative role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Office‑based work preference.
