Visa Online Processing Executive (Singapore)

About the role

The Visa Online Processing Executive will join Glory Holidays to manage Singapore visa applications submitted through the company’s online platform. Working from the office in Gulshan 1, you will ensure each application is processed accurately, promptly, and in line with the latest immigration guidelines. This position offers the chance to develop expertise in international travel documentation while supporting a growing client base.

Key responsibilities

• Process online visa applications for Singapore, verifying all required documents.
• Maintain compliance with immigration regulations and internal quality standards.
• Update and manage client records in the company’s tracking system.
• Communicate with applicants to clarify missing information and provide status updates.

Required profile

• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in visa processing, travel services, or a similar administrative role.
• Full‑time availability and willingness to work onsite in an office environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
