Corporate Sales Specialist

About the role

Foodpanda, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is hiring a Sales Acquisition Specialist for Corporate Sales in Dhaka. This is a hunter and acquisition expert who identifies, engages and secures partnerships with high-potential corporate clients for the Foodpanda platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead generation and qualification: proactively build a sales pipeline through outbound prospecting by calls, emails and visits, and research and scrub leads to prioritize high-value corporate (A/B tier) clients.
• Consultative selling: act as a trusted consultant, understanding corporate clients' pain points such as market visibility, delivery logistics and profitability, and pitch tailored solutions.
• Full-cycle deal management: manage the process from discovery and pitching to negotiation, document verification and handover to the Account Management team.
• Pipeline excellence: maintain accurate data in Salesforce/CRM tools so leads, activities and conversion metrics are tracked correctly.
• Relationship building: establish and nurture long-term partnerships so corporate clients get the most value from the deals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development or a similar hunter role; corporate/B2B sales, Key Account Manager or Corporate Sales Executive experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a consultative mindset.
• High resilience, able to handle rejection and make high-volume cold calls and outreach.
• Data-driven approach to sales, able to manage a pipeline and prioritize daily tasks.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and own results.
