Assistant/Deputy Manager – Quality Management System

About the role
The Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager (QMS) will support Youngshine Packtrims Ltd. in maintaining and improving its quality management system. This full‑time, office‑based position requires a minimum of seven years of relevant experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of quality standards and procedures.
- Coordinate internal audits and support corrective action processes.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare documentation and reports related to quality performance.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- At least 7 years of experience in quality management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of QMS principles and standards.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an office environment.
