Assistant/Deputy Manager – Quality Management System

About the role

The Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager (QMS) will support Youngshine Packtrims Ltd. in maintaining and improving its quality management system. This full‑time, office‑based position requires a minimum of seven years of relevant experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of quality standards and procedures.
• Coordinate internal audits and support corrective action processes.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare documentation and reports related to quality performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• At least 7 years of experience in quality management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of QMS principles and standards.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an office environment.
