About the role
Diamond World Ltd. is seeking motivated individuals for the position of Customer Care Executive at its Dhaka office. This is a full‑time, on‑site role offering a monthly salary of Tk. 18,000.
Key responsibilities
- Perform customer‑related duties as directed by management.
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with clients.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling inquiries.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or Honors qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
- Ability to join within 15 days after receiving an offer.
