About the role

The Deputy Manager (Service & Spare Parts) will lead the service and parts operations for the Mahindra Tractor Division, ensuring high‑quality after‑sales support and efficient inventory control.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee service delivery and spare‑parts distribution for Mahindra tractors.
• Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock accuracy.
• Coordinate with service technicians, vendors, and customers to resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements.
• Prepare reports on sales, parts usage, and service efficiency.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in automotive service or spare‑parts management.
• Bachelor of Science in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong understanding of tractor equipment and after‑sales processes.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
