About the role

TTBC/Wintel Limited is looking for a senior executive to lead its Digital Services VAS division in Dhaka. The successful candidate will report directly to senior management and will be responsible for steering the strategy, development and delivery of value‑added digital services.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and execute the roadmap for digital value‑added services.
  • Lead and mentor a cross‑functional team to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align services with market needs.
  • Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in digital services or related fields.
  • Proven leadership and management capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
