About the role
Foodpanda, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is hiring a Partner Service Agent in Dhaka on a part-time basis. The role handles vendor support through inbound and outbound chats and calls, and requires working 6 days a week, 6 hours per day across different shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Attend inbound and outbound chats and calls, solving vendor issues
- Manage live chat while maintaining a typing speed of 30-50 words per minute
- Solve vendor problems and follow timelines when assigned tasks
- Follow the order processing system from the back end
Required profile
- Successfully completed HSC/A levels
- Able to work 6 days a week, 6 hours per day in different shifts
- Adaptable and able to cope with constant change
