About the role
Foodpanda, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is hiring a Partner Service Agent in Dhaka on a part-time basis. The role handles vendor support through chats and calls, and requires working 6 days a week, 6 hours per day across different shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Attend inbound and outbound chats and calls to solve vendor issues.
- Manage live chat while maintaining a typing speed of 30-50 words per minute.
- Follow the order processing system from the back end.
- Solve problems and follow timelines when assigned tasks.
Required profile
- Successfully completed HSC or A-levels.
- Good typing skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to adapt quickly to constant change.
