Program Manager Knowledge Management and Partnership

About the role

The Program Manager, Government Coordination & Partnerships will provide strategic leadership and coordination for government engagement, stakeholder management, and partnership development to support the successful implementation of the STRIDES Activity, strengthening the external enabling environment for project success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic coordination with EpiC, U.S. Department of State‑funded mechanisms, development partners and technical institutions to promote collaboration and avoid duplication.
• Facilitate multisectoral One Health collaboration by coordinating human health, animal health and environmental sectors and building partnerships with professional associations and academic institutions.
• Serve as primary liaison with key government stakeholders (MOHFW, DGHS, IEDCR, DLS, DoE, Points of Entry, etc.), planning and coordinating consultations, technical meetings and steering committee sessions.
• Support policy dialogue, strategic planning and advocacy to align STRIDES activities with national priorities, IHR 2005, JEE recommendations and donor requirements.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, project documentation, knowledge products and a repository for effective coordination and institutional learning.
• Document and disseminate project achievements, success stories, lessons learned and best practices for internal and external audiences.
• Ensure all communications and visibility materials comply with FHI 360 and donor branding guidelines.
