🚨 We’re hiring! Looking for Appointment Setters at Spark Nexture.

Hey everyone! We’re expanding our remote team and looking for a few energetic Appointment Setters to join us. If you're looking for a solid full-time career where you can work right from home, check out the details below!

📌 The Role & Details:

Type: Night Shift | Full-time (100% Remote / Work from Home)
Hours: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM Bangladesh Time (Monday to Friday)
Pay: Based on experience and performance (Paid bi-weekly!)

💡 What's the job actually like?

This isn’t your typical soul-crushing sales grind. Your main gig will be connecting with verified U.S. business owners, qualifying leads, handling basic pushback, and booking Google Meet calls for our senior closers.

The best part? Every single lead you touch is already verified. Plus, if you crush your targets, you'll move up to handling warm, high-intent leads that come straight from our Meta and Google ads.

🎯 What we need from you:

Your spoken English needs to be totally fluent and confident (an English Medium background is a nice plus).
At least 6 months of hands-on experience in cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, or B2B sales.
Smooth communication skills and the ability to handle objections over the phone like a pro.
A self-driven, target-oriented mindset.
Your own setup: A decent PC or laptop, stable high-speed internet, and a good noise-canceling headset.
