Complaint Management Agent (Inbound)

About the role

The Complaint Management Agent (Inbound) will join Intellier Ltd.'s customer support team to handle incoming complaints for a telecom provider. This role focuses on delivering prompt, courteous, and effective resolutions to customers' issues while maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and log inbound customer complaints via phone.
• Investigate issues, provide solutions, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Escalate complex cases to senior teams as needed.
• Maintain detailed documentation of interactions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve service processes.

Required profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a call‑center or customer service environment.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English (and local language preferred).
• Ability to handle high‑volume calls while staying calm and professional.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and ticketing systems.
