About the role
We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our team in Dhaka. This full‑time, office‑based position offers the opportunity to engage directly with customers, resolve inquiries, and contribute to a reputable brand’s service excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document interactions and maintain up‑to‑date records in the company system.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments while following established procedures.
- Assist in continuous improvement of service processes.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience in a customer service or call‑center environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bangla.
- Ability to work effectively in an office setting and handle multiple tasks.
