Field Facilitator - PSN Identification, Validation and Assessment

About the role

The Field Facilitator will support ActionAid Bangladesh in identifying, validating and assessing Potentially Sensitive Networks (PSN) within the Teknaf and Ukhia areas. This is a full‑time, on‑site position that requires close interaction with local communities and partners to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to locate and verify PSN members and activities.
• Collect, validate and assess data according to project guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and submit regular reports to project supervisors.
• Collaborate with local stakeholders, NGOs and community leaders to facilitate data gathering.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, sociology, social sciences, development studies, psychology or a related field.
• Diploma holders with extensive relevant experience may be considered.
• Minimum of two years of experience in community outreach, data collection or related field work.
• Strong understanding of local cultural and social dynamics.
