Learning Material Dissemination & Feedback Survey Consultant – Phase 2

About the role

The Learning Material Dissemination & Feedback Survey Consultant will support Phase 2 of Legal Action Worldwide’s Rohingya programme in Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh. The consultant will help distribute learning materials and conduct feedback surveys with survivor‑advocates and community groups.

Key responsibilities

• Disseminate learning and training materials to survivor‑advocates and partner groups.
• Design, implement and monitor feedback surveys to capture participants’ experiences.
• Collect, clean and analyse survey data, preparing concise reports for programme staff.
• Ensure all activities follow gender‑competent, trauma‑informed and survivor‑centred approaches.
• Coordinate with the ‘Shanti Mohila’ group and other local volunteers.

Required profile

• Experience working in humanitarian or human‑rights programmes, preferably in Bangladesh.
• Familiarity with Rohingya community dynamics and survivor‑centred methodologies.
• Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is an asset.
