Manager / Senior Manager – Store Inventory (Chattogram Project)

About the role

The company is looking for experienced inventory professionals to lead store, warehouse, and material control operations for large‑scale infrastructure projects in the Chattogram region. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, coordinating material flow, and supporting project schedules from an office‑based hub.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store and warehouse activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain precise inventory records, conduct regular audits, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate material requisition, delivery, and distribution to project sites.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
• Lead and mentor a team of store staff, providing training and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and engineering teams to align material availability with project timelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in store, inventory, or material control management.
• Proven experience in large construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
