Outbound Sales Executive - Night Shift

About the role
TechSoldier BPO is looking for energetic outbound sales executives to join our night‑shift team in Mirpur 10. You will work from our office, contacting prospects worldwide, and helping the company expand its client base while building a solid sales career.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Present the company’s services clearly and persuasively.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Provide regular performance reports to the sales manager.
Required profile
- Strong English speaking ability.
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
- Willingness to work night‑shift hours.
- Any academic background is acceptable.
Required skills
- Proficiency in using basic office software (e.g., MS Office).
